We believe that the diagnosis phase in building strategy is extremely critical. We have always engaged with large sets of stakeholder groups (as opposed to sample) in understanding the current situation, challenges, suggestions, market perspectives, and leadership opinions.
We look at defining paradigm shifts while working through the operating model design and are patient through the iterative process of defining and then getting agreement of various stakeholders.
No two client situations are alike and while there could be common or similar challenges we customize and design the solution considering several factors like history, ownership orientation, capability to manage change, cost and value, customer centricity, implementability, and the time dimension.
