For the organizations which have a well-defined competency framework in place, we study the current set of competencies with definitions and indicators along with actual vs. expected proficiency levels for roles

Organizations that do not have a competency framework in place / existing framework needs to be relooked at in keeping with the business vision and requirements, We Engage with stakeholders to identify relevant competencies for the role(s) in consideration and craft out a competency framework for the organization



Circular Angle’s Assessment Centre is a perfect blend of Assessment and Development Centre. We administer programs for identified talent to evaluate & assess current competencies/skills and help pinpoint their growth areas. The competitive environment created during the Business Simulation exercise also helps us to observe behavioral capabilities like team management, interpersonal sensitivity, communication, influence, decision making, analytical skills, and problem-solving.

However, Business Simulation alone is not an alternative. Therefore, to cater to specific needs we customize other popular Assessment center exercises or tools like In-Basket Exercises, Group Discussions, BEI, Role Play, etc., and align them to their organizational context.



We Intervene to bridge identified competency gaps and craft a customized roadmap for each participant to enable their growth and help accelerate their performance. In addition to our development centers, we also offer stand-alone interventions to help nurture talent and leadership potential for our clients.
