We review your resume. If there is an existing project or a project in pipeline (as far as we can foresee) relevant to your skill sets, we will have a phone chat with you.
Else we will let you know about the situation and not waste your time.
If the phone conversation is good enough for both of us, we meet face to face.
All our face to face interviews have a business case, problem or a situation to be analysed and solved.
We evaluate you on your approach, your technique, your ability to look at the problem holistically and the focus you bring to solve the problem. We of course will test you on your area of expertise as defined by you.
Once you are through with this round, you will interact with other people already in the firm so that they can form anopinion of you especially around you as a person and fit with our culture.
If this is all okay we discuss compensation. To be honest we don't believe in compensation bands andbenchmarking. We are clear that as a consultant, our value is only as much as the client is willing to pay for us.
All being okay and you especially being okay, we make an offer. We will then wait as long as it takes for you to make up your mind and come be a part of our Company.
