Prashant is the founder and Managing Partner. Prior to this, he was an Advisor with Accenture and before that he led the Recruitment, Policies and ER function for Accenture India. He joined Accenture India as the Consulting HR Lead. Prashant has worked in various countries in three continents, his last stint being in Australia doing consulting work in Human Capital Management, process and strategy. His consulting experience spans across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Mining, Infrastructure, Public Sector and Communications Industry. Before becoming a consultant, Prashant was a HR Manager working with Tata's. His experience there was more around Industrial Relations both at the Factory and the Corporate level. He also worked across the entire gamut of HR functions including the Health, Safety and Environment function.
Prashant is an Engineer, a Masters in Personnel Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. He is also on the board of a couple of non-profit organizations and is a member of the academic council of various educational institutions. Apart from being passionate about HR, his areas of interest are dramatics, reading and sports. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and also has authored articles for magazines and journals.
